out of Left Field

Gary got a call the other night and was told he was no longer on his sub. Big things have been happening and they needed a fall guy. Gary was it. But the bright side is he is home every weekend and most likely not going to have to go out to sea again. We actually might be getting out. Scary and happy all at once. With me being pregnant I worry heck when I am not pregnant I worry I am a planner love to have the details laid out so I know what is going on. Guess I am going to have to sit back and just trust.........He knows better than me and knows whats best for me.

Love Fall but no Scary Costumes ok??

Ok so I love Fall but come on No scary costumes and no freaky yards. Especially none of these yards that look like if you get too close you might get laid on a alter and sacrificed!! What happened to pumpkins, caramel apples, popcorn balls with candy corn? We go to church Halloween parties so we don't have to deal with the freaks....

Our Oldest is 13

Hard to Believe today Katydid is 13! We have a teenager!! I can feel white hairs getting ready to sprout. It doesn't help that she is gorgeous either she has the neighbor boys hanging on every word she says! Please Lord let the Ugly fairy come in the night and make her ugly till she is 18 or at least blind the males who come near her. Oh how I wish for ugly daughters

Toddlers are disgusting Creatures!

We were having breakfast this morning a Family Breakfast-Gary included!! The kiddos all home from school on Columbus day because I am a dork and thought they had no school. Anyway back to the family breakfast. Gary made bacon and eggs I made pancakes. Yummo- we were all eating enjoying ourselves thoroughly even the baby......Lillybean who is 2; happily eating pancakes and fruit loops. Lillybean sitting in her highchair and Gary turns and looks at her.... She has a fruit loop stuck to her upper lip, thinking ha ha I have an audience!!! She takes another fruit loop and sticks it to her nose.....Syrup you ask???? What adhesive you ask??? Ok here is the gross part......She used nature's adhesive.....Yep Snot!! Gross I had foo in my mouth trying not to choke or throw-up......Pointing to Gary with the whole, "that's your KID" look on my face. Lillybean of course sees no problem with the whole thing and laughs and adheres the 2 fruit loops together with a stream of nature's glorious adhesive......WE ALL LAUGHED!!

He Swiped IT!!!

I found a really cool desk on Craigslist, beyond cool and it was FREE my Fave word along with Clearance!!! Anyways I put it in our hallway upstairs put a couple things on it a runner ect and viola' cuteness in the hallway. Then after being there for only 2 Days...........Gary: Where is that Cool table you brought home? Me: Upstairs Gary: No it's gone Me: What? Where? Gary: It looks mighty fine in the office! Me: You took My Table!!! Gary: Yes-------Note all Furniture and decorations belong to Me, this includes appliances, We share books, linens, food, music and of course kiddos, and he owns the truck and his tools......The great divide between Boys and girls WE say we don't do it but IT IS A LIE!! The swiping here and there guess we have been watching Dora Way TOO Much!!!
